  • Teaching gardening and farming practices, as well as nutrition and food preparation

  • Serving terms on Advisory Board and embracing group responsibility ethics
  • Developing conflict resolution and communication skills, while holding each other accountable
  • Encouraging extracurricular participation in subjects of interest
  • Establishing a credit and merit system to motivate and reward students
  • Holding regular group discussion and debates
